trash or treasure?

I admit I'm a packrat, and I'd keep just about anything if I could. So here I am in this cool old house with surprising old items tucked into corners and cabinets, and the previous owners giving us boxes of ancient stuff every time we visit them, and I want to keep it all, every last bit of it! What's your unbiased opinion?
