Camping at Lake Moomaw Fourth of July Weekend, 2008
Parker, Emma, Andrea, Lea, Colin and Holly play in the sand

campsite. There were 31 people in our group,
18 of whom were kids.
The weather was not completely cooperative,
but rain
didn't dampen our fun.
The lake water was cold but Holly didn't mind. She loved swimming
just as much as Faith and Thea did.

After lunch on the shore, Kate took Holly for a walk down to the water.
On July Fourth the kids got to light sparklers
around the campfire.
Holly was not allowed to have a sparkler, but she
got some glow sticks.

there was no poison ivy).
